The Vortex our dive boat was an ex-cray fishing (lobster) boat here in Western Australia. The boat was anchored at Cigar banks reef on the northern side of Rottnest Island in April 2008. I rested my camera on the anchor chain to take a shot in about 12 metres of water and this is the result.. We had to cross a mini muddy river to get to this spot, the girls made it across just fine but I was the lucky one to fall into the river. Came out soaked but it was worth it I think.

Although I’m in Australia, i came across this area that had these bamboo look a likes, if framed just right, you’d think you were in China haha! Came out pretty well :)
